Dashboard Overview

The ClaroEdge dashboard is your central hub for managing proxy credentials, monitoring usage, extracting web data, and handling your account. This guide walks you through each section of the dashboard.

The dashboard is organized into several key areas with a sidebar navigation on the left providing quick access to all sections.

The left sidebar contains all main navigation items organized into logical groups:

The top header displays important account information:

• Your account email address

• Verification status badge (Verified / Not Verified)

• Link to start KYC verification if not yet completed

The Home page provides an at-a-glance view of your usage across both products.

Account Balance Cards

At the top of the Home page, you'll see cards showing your remaining balances:

• Network Data Remaining: Your available proxy data in GB

• Extract Lite Remaining: Available Lite tier requests

• Extract Pro Remaining: Available Pro tier requests

Each card shows an "Active" badge when you have available credits.

Network Usage Statistics

Monitor your proxy data consumption with an interactive chart:

• Toggle between Data (GB) and Requests view

• Select custom date ranges for analysis

• Filter data by specific criteria

• Export usage data as CSV for reporting

Extract Usage Statistics

Track your web extraction requests:

• Toggle between Lite and Pro tier statistics

• View request trends over time

• Monitor used requests count

• Export data for analysis

System Uptime

At the bottom of the sidebar, you'll see the system uptime indicator showing ClaroEdge's current operational status (99.9% uptime).

The Network page is where you manage your proxy infrastructure.

Network Usage Statistics

View detailed proxy usage with the same filtering and export options as the Home page, but with additional detail.

Recent Requests

A table showing your recent proxy requests with columns for:

• Domain - The target website accessed

• Data - Amount of data transferred

• Protocol - HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5

• Location - Country/region with flag icon

• Date - Timestamp of the request

Domain Analytics

Analyze proxy requests by domain over time. See which domains consume the most data and requests.

Proxy Generator

Generate proxy credentials with customizable settings:

IP Whitelist

Restrict proxy access to specific IP addresses for enhanced security. Enter one IP per line. If empty, access is allowed from any IP.

Blacklisted Domains

Block access to specific domains through your proxies. Use wildcard format (e.g., *.google.com) to block all subdomains.

The Extract page provides web scraping capabilities for single and batch URLs.

Extract Usage Statistics

Similar to the Home page, but focused on extraction metrics with Lite/Pro tier toggle.

Single URL Extraction

Extract data from one URL at a time:

1. Select tier: Choose Extract Lite or Extract Pro

2. Enter URL: Input the target URL to scrape

3. Configure options: Output format, HTTP method, custom headers

4. Select location: Optional geo-targeting for the request

5. Send Request: View the response in the preview panel

Batch URL Extraction

Process multiple URLs at once:

1. Enter URLs: Paste up to 100 URLs (one per line) or upload a .txt file if you need to use more than 100 URLs

2. Configure settings: Same options as single extraction

3. Send Requests: Results are delivered via email or API callback

View your extraction history with domain, tier (Lite/Pro), location, and timestamp.

Domain Analytics

Analyze extraction requests by domain with total requests and Lite/Pro breakdown.

Purchase additional data or request credits for your products.

Product Selection

Choose from three products:

• Network: Purchase GB of proxy data ($2/GB)

• Extract Lite: Purchase request credits ($0.10/1K requests)

• Extract Pro: Purchase request credits ($0.50/1K requests)

Amount Selection

Use the slider or enter a custom amount. The estimated price updates in real-time.

Complete your purchase:

1. Apply coupon code (optional) - Click 'Have a coupon code?' to expand

2. Select payment method: Credit Card, PayPal, or Cryptocurrency

Manage your account preferences and security.

Profile Settings

Update your personal and business information:

• First and last name

• Company name

• Address, city, state, postal code

• Country and phone number

Security Settings

Protect your account:

• Change Password: Update your account password

• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable for additional security

• API Key Management: Generate, view, and revoke API keys

Notification Preferences

Control which emails you receive:

• Marketing Updates: Product news and promotions

• Expiry Reminders: Alerts before packages expire

• Security Alerts: Notifications about suspicious activity

Access your complete billing history.

• View all past invoices with date, invoice number, amount, and status

• Download individual invoices as PDF

• Track payment status (Paid, Pending, Failed)
